Dear Peter, I can’t express how much my family and I appreciated the help and kindness you gave us during the organising of my mum’s funeral. Making decisions at this very sad time is very difficult, but you showed compassion and not once did we feel rushed into anything. Losing mum has left a big hole in our lives, but the help you have given us has made things a little easier.

Words can’t express the gratitude I feel when I think of what you have done for us as a family. Everything went as well as it possibly could have. I think John would have been a very proud man had he been able to witness such a large congregation at his own funeral.

Dear Peter, I just wanted to write and thank you and all your staff for the sensitive and professional way in which you conducted my mother’s funeral last week. Neville, Nicola and I, are very grateful to you for your support and guidance. Although these are not happy days, the funeral was moving and heartfelt.
